With over 25 years of experience in corporate leadership and more than 20 years in ministry, she brings a powerful blend of wisdom, strategy, and spiritual insight to everything she does.

In both the financial and nonprofit sectors, Latonya has consistently excelled at building strong teams, developing emerging leaders, and championing the growth of businesses and communities. She has served on numerous boards, including as President of the Rotary Club of Quincy, and has held several influential roles that reflect her dedication to service and impact.

Latonya Brock: Healing, Leadership & Marketplace Ministry
Compelled by a divine mandate to facilitate healing, as inspired by Isaiah 61:1–3, Latonya has faithfully served as a Chaplain at the Indianapolis Juvenile Detention Center and has ministered in various prison systems across the region. In 2008, she founded a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting healing and deliverance within the Body of Christ—offering retreats, counseling, and transformative events.

Recognized for her spirit of excellence, Latonya masterfully bridges the worlds of ministry and corporate leadership, fully embodying the mission of Marketplace Ministry. In May 2022, she launched Brock Consultant LLC, a firm focused on driving cultural change and advancing inclusion. Through this work, she partners with individuals and organizations to improve culture and performance—while keeping business results top of mind.
